We operate in international energy, fuel, commodity and infrastructure sectors where compliance is essential. We take a considered, risk-based approach and decline enquiries where standards cannot be met.
Before progressing an enquiry to introduction, we may request information to establish the identity, standing and legitimacy of the parties involved.
We screen counterparties against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists and will not knowingly facilitate any introduction involving sanctioned persons, entities, vessels, jurisdictions or restricted end-use.
We do not participate in arrangements designed to disguise the origin of funds, ownership or the identity of the parties involved.
Commodity, fuel and product transactions remain subject to independent inspection, testing and certification, product verification, title and documentary checks, and applicable import, export and licensing requirements.
Strategic, institutional and family-office introductions are relationship-based and discretionary. We provide no investment advice or recommendations, do not manage investments and do not hold client money. Not every enquiry will qualify.
We may decline, pause or discontinue any enquiry, discussion or introduction at our sole discretion, including where requested information is not provided or where a compliance concern arises.
Tell us what you are looking to achieve. If there is a suitable commercial relationship within our network, KOUYARO International Partners can help facilitate the introduction.
